Refund policy

We want you to love your Poster Boy print. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Return address: 53 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka.

3. Refunds

Poster Boy prints are made to order and non-refundable. Refunds are provided only if a replacement cannot be issued. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If your print arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement free of charge after receiving photo proof.
